Return Policy:
We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your product due to our oversight, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the situation and, if deemed appropriate, we will offer a replacement or exchange for the same product.
Eligibility for Review:
To be considered for a review by our team, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain all original labels and tags, packed in their original packaging. Please include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID with the parcel.
