- Items purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your product due to our oversight, please reach out to us. Our team will review the situation and, if deemed appropriate, will guide you through the steps for addressing the issue.
Eligibility for Review:
- To be considered for a review by our team, items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and retain all original labels and tags, packed in their original packaging. Please include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID with the parcel.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
